Winter Wear

I hope your 2014 is off to a fabulous start! I am still finding my groove being back in Dublin and working on my goal of making 2014 my healthiest and most motivated year yet!

It is not the winter that I hear some of you experiencing, but Dublin has been chilly and very windy!

So, here's to embracing the (mildly) cooler weather with some chic winter wear inspiration.

I received one of these Alexander Wang jersey tops for Christmas and love it! It's the perfect go-to long sleeve.

Last weekend the bird and I were sick and our days consisted of couch camp outs, fires and movie marathons. I am definitely looking forward to being more active and productive this weekend!

Sequin Skirt 1/2 Glam

Hellllo Friday!

We are gearing up for our trip home next week! I don't think it will officially feel like Christmas until I am sitting at home with my family in front of their tree. Sounds heavenly.

Today I'm bringing a little outfit inspiration to the blog for all the festive parties & outings coming up:

You could easily switch out the boots for heels or top it with a sweater or more dressy tank. But I love these boots and the look of chambray and sequins together.

Tonight the bird planned a Christmas date night for us at Wicked! I am so excited to finally see it! And tomorrow I have a girls night out which will consist of a Christmas dinner, gift exchange and way too much fun.

Holiday Party decor

I so meant to post a recap of Copenhagen this week... and I completely failed. It was a wonderful city and great mini trip! I will definitely get some pictures up next week.

Today I am putting together a little post for holiday party decor. Christmas time is without a doubt my favorite time of year. The festive feel in the air gets me everytime. And what better way to kick off the festivities than a holiday party!

Today's outfit inspiration is all about dressing for your city. I haven't quite nailed down Dublin's fashion, but I thought this was a good signature fall look for Dublin. Just add a coat!

I am all about slouchy tops and this Helmut one is no exception. I have started to embrace the quality over quantity rule in fashion for a few wardrobe staples. Halloween is right around the corner. It's definitely not as big here in Dublin as it is back home. So I'm not sure if there will be a costume this year.

Instead, I put together a little Halloween inspired outfit you can wear anywhere.
