Last weekend, the bird and I celebrated Oktoberfest here in Dublin.
We also celebrated briefly in Cologne, Germany at the end of September. I have to say Dublin's Oktoberfest was much better. (Still waiting on the chance to go to Munich... which I hear is incomparable.)

How awesome is it that you are able to go to a real Oktoberfest! So jealous! My husband and I decided last night we want to start saving for a European trip next year. I figured you'd be the perfect person to ask! We want to start at London and go to Paris for sure. Just wondering if you had any travel tips! Have a great weekend!!
this looks like such a fun festival -- minneapolis has an octoberfest next weekend, and so we'll get a little bit of that german fun over here:)
