I brought my big girl camera to our
cooking class last weekend and after putting the pictures on my computer, I decided
Relish needed a full review.
This class was so fun and all hands-on. And as a bonus, we sipped Rosé as we cooked!
Before we cooked our pizza, we learned how to make mozzarella and burrata cheese. We put some aside for the pizzas and the rest onto plates with heirloom tomatoes, pancetta and aged balsamic for appetizers and side plates.
Here's a fun action shot of my brothers flipping their dough:
Such a fun night out with the family and a fabulous way to celebrate my mom's birthday!
What a fun experience! I've always wanted to try flipping the dough LOL!

ReplyDeleteOhhh my god that looks seriously amazing. I'm always so scared of cooking classes (fear of looking ridiculous in front of everyone else-- I'm that bad in the kitchen!), but if this were the end result, I'd be a little more inclined ;)
ReplyDeletethis looks so fun! reminds me of a cooking class i took in italy.
ReplyDeleteI was there that night too and really enjoyed the time making food and then tasting it right away. The mozzarella and pizza were yummy and the barrota was delicious. The icing on the cake was being able to celebrate a birthday with you and your family.
